Boulder City Council Accepts City Manager's Resignation

The Boulder City Council voted unanimously this week to accept the resignation of City Manager David Fraser.

Council members agreed to pay Fraser a lump sum equal to seven months of compensation, which is one month longer than he was entitled to per his contract. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reportsthat Fraser made close to $216,000 in pay and benefits last year, but neither council members nor Fraser would comment on why he was stepping down.
