Tesla Fighting Utah Sales Restrictions

Car dealers are pushing back against Tesla's court effort to sell its sleek electronic cars in Utah.

The Utah Auto Dealers Association argues in court documents that state laws were set up to protect customers and Tesla should have to follow them like everyone else.

The arguments come as Tesla asks the Utah Supreme Court to reverse a decision that keeps the company from selling new cars at a $3 million Salt Lake City showroom.
