Las Vegas Sands chair Sheldon Adelson is working on creating a super PAC to back Donald Trump's bid for the presidency.
Politico reports Adelson, along with aides and Republican political consultants, has been discussing ways to create a group that would support Trump during the general election.
The website says Republicans are anxious to have one, main super PAC coordinating messages in support of Trump rather than disparate ones.

Adelson spent in excess of $100 million during the last presidential race.
His family purchased the Las Vegas Review-Journal late last year.
