The first new big retail outlet in downtown Reno in 30 years has filed a permit with the city of Reno to start tenant renovations.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports downtown Reno developer Bernie Carter leased the former main U.S. Post Office’s first floor to Williams-Sonoma furniture and décor retailer West Elm.
It will be Northern Nevada’s first West Elm store and the second in the whole state. Some residents have already received coupons in the mail. West Elm operates about 90 stores worldwide.
