Fortune Magazine is reporting that the mystery buyer of the Las Vegas Review-Journal is Sheldon Adelson.
The paper was purchased recently for one-hundred-forty million dollars, substantially more than its purchase price early this year, and to this point the buyer has not come forward.
Adelson has not responded to repeated requests for comment about this story throughout the week.
