CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada regulators have imposed a $25,000 fine on a company that manages 21 condominium communities in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Sun reportsthat the Nevada Commission for Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels levied the fine on Associated Community Management and revoked the licenses of three of its managers.
The company is accused of hundreds of violations including signing checks for charges not approved by the association boards and receiving payment for unspecified services.

Two of the managers will forfeit their management licenses for 10 years. The third will lose their license for five years. The commission has also ordered the company to pay $5,000 to cover the cost of the investigation.
