Are you a man? Do you not eat animals? WE'VE GOT THE PARTY FOR YOU!

Our tourism outreach cleeearly needs to get more specialized. Didja know there's a whole "spendy  hunky compassionate animal-loving vegan bachelor" market out there? VegNews magazine  is bringing a whole herd of 'em to town May 19-22 as part of "Vegans in Vegas." From the website:

Vegans in Vegas (VinV) is a first-of-its-kind event designed for vegan and veg-interested men. While veganism continues to gain mainstream acceptance, living a vegan lifestyle can be challenging. From TV advertising and mass media, to friends and family, there’s enormous pressure on men to conform to the standard American diet and live “inside the box.” VinV is being organized to help give men of all ages and backgrounds – regardless of their current dietary status – an opportunity to learn from leading experts in the fields of health, nutrition, fitness, and activism, while meeting new friends and enjoying the world famous Las Vegas nightlife and entertainment. We simply ask that attendees pledge to “go veg” during the trip.
