A pro-Israel rally was held outside the federal courthouse in downtown Las Vegas last night, in support of Israel’s ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip, as a conflict with Hamas rages.
Some 500 people gathered to listen to speeches. The Israeli-American Council estimates about 10,000 Israelis live in Nevada.
Palestinian militants have fired more than 2,000 rockets toward Israel since fighting began on July 8, while Israel has responded with airstrikes and a ground war on Gaza.
