Gaming Board Files Complaint Against Aria

A Nevada state law requires that all gambling be open to the public. But a couple of gaming control agents recently felt less than welcome at Aria. A casino supervisor urged them to step away from the high stakes roulette wheel.

It’s not the first time these types of complaints have been leveled against the Aria, and the company could face fines of up to a half a million dollars.
