OSHA Cites Cirque For Death At Ka

The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued six citations against Cirque in its investigation of the death of Sarah Guillot-Guyard during a June performance of Ka. The agency said the company failed to prevent performers from striking the grid, which dislodged Guillot-Guyard's cable, and didn't properly train employees. Will this change the way Cirque du Soliel does business? And how will the company respond to the report?
