San Francisco’s city attorney filed a lawsuit against the state of Nevada over allegations of patient busing from Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital. Authorities are accusing Nevada of improperly sending more than 20 patients to the city. Nevada authorities refused to settle the matter and contend that all the patients were sent back to their home communities. Now that the lawsuit is filed, how will this play out in court?
