Downtown Curfew Proposal Draws Critics

Some members of the Las Vegas City Council want to impose a stricter curfewon young people in the central part of the city. People under age 18 wouldn't be allowed in the area after 9 p.m. on weekends. Critics have said the law would pose an undue burden on teens in the coverage area. And others wonder whether it is the best way to address delinquency and underage drinking.
