The neighborhood that sits under the shadow of the Stratosphere is famously known as Naked City. Once a place where showgirls could be seen sunbathing nude, for the last few decades it's been a community of low-income housing and high crime, in spite of many efforts to clean up the streets. We'll talk to a few voices of this often ignored region.
