Assembly Elect Likely To Be Seated Despite Being Ruled Ineligible

Democrat Andrew Martin won his election for Assembly District 9 in November but should never have been allowed on the ballot. The day before the election a judge ruled Martin did not live in the district he was running in and was thus ineligible to run. Host of Ralston Reports, Jon Ralston joins us to talk about why Martin will likely be allowed to serve anyway.
