Deaf School in Las Vegas Shuts Down

The Las Vegas Charter School of the Deaf closed its doors last week.  It was in operation for only three years.  And, board members are 90,000 dollars in debt.  What happened to the school?  Who is responsible for its doors shutting down?  And, what do we lose by not having this sort of school?
