Steven Spann, The Cosmopolitan's Artist-in-Residence

Steven Spann was a financial planner for 10 years before he returned to his true love: art. He takes discarded items (like trash) and cuts, paints, and rearranges them into art. He's now the artist-in-residence for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. We talk to Steven about thinking outside the box, inviting casino visitors to collaborate on his projects, and why he once went dumpster diving for materials.
