Clark County Detention Center staff say they have had 5 riots this year at the downtown jail a marked increase from the past. So, for the first time it has started regular shake-downs of high-security in-mates, thoroughly searching cells for contraband and weapons. KNPR's Ky Plaskon takes us there to see what the jail is doing about its worsening problem with violence.
