Opening statements began in District Court yesterday in a case pitting Rod Stewart against Harrahs in a contract dispute about a cancelled concert. But commentator Rebecca Zisch doubts that fans will be parsing the nuances: more likely, they'll be reconsidering their own contract with "Rod the Mod".
