Drought Assistance

Governor Kenny Guinn requested federal disaster relief for every county in the state today because of drought. KNPR's Ky Plaskon spoke to Ed Foster of the Nevada Department of Agriculture about the governor's request and the drought's impacts. Foster expects USDA to approve the request in the next few weeks.
