How would you describe yourself to voters?

During my 12 years on the Las Vegas City Council, I have been a person of integrity, displayed professionalism, a strategic thinker, and a constitutional conservative.

What do you see as the top issues in this campaign?

The Lieutenant Governor is responsible for tourism, transportation, small business advocacy, homeland security and the President of the Senate

The role of the Lt. Governor is limited. How would you use the office to serve the state?

I would work on all the above for the State of Nevada

A chief responsibility of the Lt. Governor is chairing the state tourism board. What steps will you take to diversify Nevada’s economy and spur job growth?

As Chair of Tourism Commission, I would support and promote the tourism industry as I have in Downtown Las Vegas as a member of the City Council. I would support small business by cutting taxes, fees, regulations and licensing requirements.

Why are you the best candidate for this position?

I am the only candidate with successful experiences in tourism, transportation, small business advocacy, homeland security and presiding over a legislative body.
