The holiday season means scammers are ramping up in Las Vegas and beyond

With the holidays, people start to feel more giving, more generous. But with so much money exchanging hands, criminals are waiting with new methods of tricking unsuspecting consumers into scams. 

So, what should consumers be on the look out for, and what should they do if they've been scammed? And what do scammers think about the crimes they're committing, and about their victims?
