The Crowded Race For Las Vegas' Ward 2 Seat

Wikimedia commons

The City of Las Vegas municipal elections are almost here.

Early voting starts May 25, and the general election is June 11.

These elections are to determine who represents west, west-central and downtown Las Vegas.

First-term councilman Steve Seroka of Ward 2, on the far western edge of the Las Vegas valley, resigned earlier this year. No one knows for sure why and he hasn’t granted interviews with anyone.

But eight candidates are trying to get his seat.
