Developers want to build a $1.5 billion casino in Tyre, New York, a township so small it doesn’t even have its own zip code. Folks in Tyre have lined up for and against the project.
James Dawley, co-founder of Casino-Free Tyhre, has joined with area Amish and Mennonites to stop the development.
