Not too long ago in Nevada, possession of pot was a felony and same-sex relationships were deeply taboo. But now, activists in the state are openly talking about legalizing both. Are we simply caught up in the national tide on social issues? Or is Nevada fundamentally changing -- becoming liberal instead of just libertarian?
