What would Joshua Tree National Park look like if it didn't have any Joshua Trees? Apparently the plants are disappearing from the southern Mojave Desert, where the park is located, and moving north. Researchers will be studying this northward migration in Nevada's Tikaboo Valley, which has experienced an influx of Joshua Trees as the climate has warmed. How will the trees adapt? And is there any danger that they will be driven to extinction?
