The Westside School is the oldest existing schoolhouse in Southern Nevada, but its significance to former students goes deeper than the years. For much of its history, the school served African Americans from the Historic Westside, and many of them went on to become civic leaders and business owners. We'll talk to three former students about what they learned at the Westside School and how they are preserving those lessons for future generations.
