The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is supposed to retrieve guns from people who fail background checks during the purchasing process. But, according to an investigation by the Reno Gazette-Journal, since a dispute erupted between the ATF and the U.S. Attorney in Reno, more than three dozen guns were not taken back from people who failed those checks. We'll talk with Reno Gazette-Journal investigative reporter Martha Bellisle about what happened and where those firearms ended up.
