Latinos and the General Election

According to the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Education Fund, 12.2 million Latinos will vote in the November election. That would be a record and 26 percent increase from 2008. Meantime, Latino participation at Nevada's Republican caucus was down from 8 percent to 5 percent. We discuss how Latinos will factor into the November general election.
