Chris Milam is no stranger to Las Vegas. He has tried to develop a $1.2 billion high rise condo project. He also tried to buy the minor league baseball team, the 51's. His latest project has been a multi-stadium and arena project to attract professional sports to the region. Those plans failed in Las Vegas, but now he's trying to sell them to Henderson. Is this a smart idea for Henderson? Or, is this project a dream that could prove to be costly?
