Clark County is looking to collect on millions of dollars to ease its tight budget, and it's looking at local business owners. Many owners don't realize they need a county license, in addition to their city license. Licenses cost $100 to $1000 per year. But the dollar signs add up: the county collected $27.3 million in business licenses this past fiscal year alone. So how will the county crack down?
