Mayor Carolyn Goodman on City Issues

Mayor Carolyn Goodman has been on the job for a few months and one issue she has taken on is downtown parking. The Mayor has hired a new parking czar to help alleviate problems with meter pricing and to clarify parking rules downtown. Meantime, the Plaza hotel reopened its doors on Fremont and hopes to draw big crowds. And one Las Vegas city councilman says downtown needs to be more quiet after a slew of noise complaints from his constituents. Critics says trying to lower noise downtown would hurt development of the Fremont East district. Mayor Carolyn Goodman joins us to talk about city issues.
