Senator Reid and the Jobs Bill

The president is out across the country campaigning for his jobs bill. But it's a bill, which means it has to get through Congress. That job will primarily fall to the majority leader, Sen. Harry Reid. We talk with the Las Vegas Sun's Washington correspondent about what the Congress will have to do to get the jobs program enacted and what is likely to happen now that Republicans are saying they will not change the tax code to fund the plan.
