The Trojan Women

In 415 BC Euripides' play " The Trojan Women" was performed at the Dyonisia. It's being presented again in a modern translation at the Black Box Theatre at UNLV. The play chronicles the suffering of the widows left behind after the Spartans sacked Troy but it has echoes of every war including our current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
