Getting Kids to Eat Healthy

A fresh orange or a chocolate chip cookie... which would you choose? Two local chefs are hoping kids will make the healthier choice. They're part of First Lady Michelle Obama's " Let's Move!" campaign, which is getting kids to eat healthier and exercise. And they're also working with local schools to bring in fresh options. How can kids eat healthier in Southern Nevada? What can parents do? Where should you be buying foods, and what should you be buying? Ask our chefs!

Chefs Christopher Johns and Thomas Trevethan flew to Washington, D.C., in early June to hear First Lady Michelle Obama launch the "Chefs Move to Schools" Program (pictured right).
