Project Elevate

Hundreds of children are in foster care but in that system they barely learn the skills they need live as adults. To fill that gap, "Project Elevate" has given them a crash course and linked them with life coaches who try to stand in to help the young adults as they navigate the world. We talk with the leader of the program Kari Tillman and two of the recent graduates and their coaches.
