Pepsi To Buy SodaStream, In Attempt To Shift From Sugary Soft Drinks

PepsiCo is planning to buy SodaStream International, the maker of home carbonation machines. The purchase signals Pepsi’s desire to diversify and move away from sugary soft drinks.
