High Oil Prices No Longer Bad For U.S. Economy

Oil prices have risen steadily for years, but while that used to spell trouble for the U.S. economy, it doesn’t any more. Since the U.S. now produces more oil than it has in decades, higher prices benefit a greater share of the U.S. market.
