Why The Price Of Tolls On Virginia's I-66 Has Skyrocketed

Drivers inside the Beltway near Washington, D.C., got a big surprise this week. At one point during a 10-mile stretch on I-66 in Virginia, the price of the toll hit $40 in express lanes.
