Donald Trump was, as expected perhaps, unapologetic — about calling women names, about the bankruptcies his businesses have filed and about his brashness. "I don't have time for political correctness," he said. Perhaps unexpectedly, the most substantive — and fiery — exchange was about NSA surveillance. Rand Paul said despite statements by Chris Christie that he would hold him responsible for a terrorist attack, he would continue to fight against mass U.S. surveillance. Video:
You won’t find a paywall here. Come as often as you like — we’re not counting. You’ve found a like-minded tribe that cherishes what a free press stands for. If you can spend another couple of minutes making a pledge of as little as $5, you’ll feel like a superhero defending democracy for less than the cost of a month of Netflix.
