    Wynn Proposes $16M Exit Fee To Leave NV Energy

    Wynn Resorts hopes it’s an offer NV Energy and the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada can’t refuse.

    Wynn Resorts says it’s willing to pay $15 million to end its business relationship with NV Energy.

    The catch is, Wynn’s offer is about $2 million less than a PUC August estimate.

    Wynn Resorts Profit Drops 72 Percent In 2nd Quarter

    LAS VEGAS (AP) — Wynn Resorts Ltd. says the casino company's profit fell 72 percent in the second quarter from last year to $56.5 million, stymied by an on-going decline in the Asian gambling enclave of Macau and fewer high-roller Chinese baccarat players in Las Vegas.

    LAS VEGAS (AP) — Vote results show Elaine Wynn received 21.4 percent of votes cast affirmatively for company directors in her fight to stay on the board of Wynn Resorts Ltd.

    Wynn lost her campaign at last week's shareholder meeting but a vote tally wasn't immediately available.

    Firm Criticizes Wynn's Compensation as Proxy Battle Brews

    LAS VEGAS (AP) — Another independent proxy firm is criticizing how much Wynn Resorts Ltd. pays its CEO Stephen Wynn.

    Investor advisory firm Glass Lewis said in a report Friday that Wynn Resorts' compensation earned a D grade for paying executives more than peers but performing worse.
