Carole Baskin, the target of the murder-for-hire plot Joe Exotic was convicted of, said he poses a bigger threat to her now that he has a larger group of supporters because of the Netflix series.
In court documents filed Monday, Baskin, who is seen in the trailer for the new show, said any sequel cannot feature any footage of her or Big Cat Rescue.
Investigators say the animals were receiving a nutritionally deficient diet, inadequate and untimely veterinary care and insufficient shelter from the weather.
