Nevada Voter Registration Numbers Grow Slightly In June

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nevada's secretary of state says there has been a slight bump in the number of registered voters.

Barbara Cegavske's office announced that 8,683 more voters registered in June. The total number of registered voters in the state is about 1.6 million.

Same-Day Voter Registration Passes Senate Panel

A same-day voter registration bill has passed a state Senate committee in Nevada.

The legislative panel approved the measure on Friday. The bill, with a proposed conceptual amendment, would allow people who register to vote on Election Day to cast a full provisional ballot.

Number Of Registered Nevada Voters Grows Slightly In January

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada's Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske says the number of registered voters in the state grew in January by less than 1 percent.

Cegavske's office announced Friday that 7,754 more voters were enrolled last month than in December 2018.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Nevada Democrats have widened their registration lead over Republicans as the election draws near.

The Nevada Secretary of State's Office reported Monday that Republicans added nearly 12,000 new voters to their ranks last month, while Democrats added more than 17,000.
