    Metro Police Recieve Traffic Safety Grants

    Nov 23, 2020

    The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has received about $600,000 in grants from Nevada's Office of Traffic Safety, much of it will be used to address drunk driving.

    A grant of $100,000 will go toward what police call a DUI van, which will have equipment to test for impairment.
