    Las Vegas City Council Ends City Manager Contract In Renegotiation Effort

    The Las Vegas City Council voted Wednesday to terminate City Manager Scott Adams’s contract.

    The council told Adams the decision would take effect in 90 days. Meanwhile, members will vote May 1 on a new contract.

    The Justice Department on Monday announced the plea of 46-year-old Las Vegas resident Ricki Barlow.
