SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — The Sparks Nugget has been ordered to pay a $1 million civil fine after the northern Nevada hotel-casino admitted violating federal anti-money laundering regulations.
The ATP slapped 20-year-old pro tennis player Nick Kyrgios with a $10,000 fine for making a remark about opponent Stan Wawrinka's girlfriend during a match.
The Nevada Gaming Commission fined Caesar's Entertainment Corporation $100,000 for underage gambling. The commission said there was a "pattern" of abuse, and that another incident would mean a seven-figure fine.
