A Brobdingnagian beer company is closer to becoming reality, as Anheuser-Busch InBev works out terms to buy its biggest rival. The deal also includes a sell-off of MillerCoors to Molson Coors.

SABMiller, owner of Miller Genuine Draft beer, has agreed in principle to merge with Budweiser brewer Anheuser Busch InBev. If the deal is finalized, the new company would be the largest beer company in the world.
