Affordable housing in Reno declining- Part 2

While home prices in Nevada outpace the rest of the country, the lack of housing for people who can’t afford those higher prices is at a crisis level. 

 

In Reno, where the median home price is even higher than in Las Vegas, hundreds of low-cost motel rooms are being demolished for a downtown redevelopment.
