CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Nevada reported 742 new confirmed coronavirus cases and six additional deaths on Monday.
That brings the state's total to nearly 57,000 cases and 963 known deaths since the start of the pandemic. Nevada also reported Monday that compliance monitors issued citations to three businesses in a Las Vegas Strip shopping mall.
Saks Fifth Avenue, Sheikh Shoes and Forever 21 were each fined around $8,500 after monitors observed violations of the state directives that limit capacity and mandate face-coverings after receiving an initial warning.
