2 Felons Accused Of Explosives Theft From Las Vegas Mining Firm

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Prosecutors in Las Vegas say two convicted felons face federal conspiracy, theft and explosives possession charges alleging they stole almost 90 pounds of explosives from a Las Vegas mining business.

Defense attorneys for Sergio Bautista and Eric Golden declined immediate comment about the seven-count indictment filed July 29. It stems from a theft from Hinton Mining. Bautista also uses the name Ismael Cuevas-Flores.

His attorney, Jess Marchese, promised an aggressive defense once he reviews the evidence.
