Memorial Created For Las Vegas Man Who Died After Bus Shove

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A memorial has been created for man who died after he was shoved off a public bus in Las Vegas.

KSNV-TV reportedTuesday that an anonymous donor paid for the plaque remembering 74-year-old Serge Fournier, who died in April about a month after he was injured in the fall out the door of the bus.

The plaque that describes Fournier as a "compassionate man who believed in being kind to others" was placed at the East Las Vegas Community Center.

The Clark County coroner ruled his death a homicide resulting from his injuries.

Cadesha Bishop has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, battery and abuse of an elderly person.

Her trial is scheduled for next year.
